Hello gentlemen, good afternoon ... I need help from you, I have sent a mailing from www.eobot.com to my wallet at www.[Suspicious link removed] and it's been 5 days and it has not been confirmed yet. They told me it might take a while, but I think it's taking too long. Other transactions I made took less than 30 minutes.
Is there any suggestion and help to get this transaction done or to return the home wallet?
I'll be thankful.

Eobot the cloud mining one I assume? Did they gave you a transaction ID for your withdrawal? If so can you post it here?

I'm not really familiar on how they run things but withdrawals from most cloud minings has a low miner fee (unless they are allowing users to manually set the fee's) or is involved in a long chain of unconfirmed outputs

Either way It will all clear up if you post your TXID here.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I did not use mining them, I just created a wallet by it to receive my bitcoins. Now when transferring to another wallet at blockchain.info, it got frozen with the constant message of "unconfirmed"
The strange thing is that when I check in the block explorer, the ID of the transaction, the message appears that it does not exist.

I've tried to speed up using some platform suggestions, but the message appears that the ID does not exist.

Will I be able to get my bitcoin back?
Is there a solution I have not tried yet?

Appreciate.

My guess was right. Your transaction is spending from a long chain of unconfirmed outputs. It means this unconfirmed transactions or his parents has to confirm first before it does.

Why does it say “Transaction does not exist”?

2. Previous transaction unconfirmed: Your transaction can’t be confirmed if any previous transactions connecting to yours are unconfirmed. You’ll need to wait till all previous transactions are confirmed first. You can also use our accelerator to help with that.

As stated above, you can still use them but you have to enter them in order (Parent --> Child)

I didn't finish the chain but here's what I've found. You have to find where this long chain of unconfirmed transactions originated and for that you have to paste the first TXID in the quote below on chain.so after that click the "Raw Data" and copy the Tx hex at the bottom without the ("") and paste it here: https://blockchain.info/pushtx and you'll see its missing parent

Honestly It's just better to wait until these transactions (including yours) are dropped since it will be spendable again.

Hello friend, thanks for the feedback. You make an orientation and show a TX ID sequence. I just do not know how you got there.

As for your last recommendation to wait, how will the value be returned to the home portfolio or will there be a new transmission in order to carry out the transaction?
