D3 restore Factory Settings

Please guys...I need your help with my D3.
Someone has changed my username and password(probably some hacker)
I press for more than 1 minute the reset button and nothing happens.
Log in with root/root that does not work.
Do you know another way to restore Factory Settings? thanks for your help.
