I know that the offline wallet is the most secure method of storing BTC, but would it be possible for armory to use Google 2FA in order to send BTC with their online version if the user has that enabled?

Maybe I don't totally understand how it works, but if this were to be possible it would be a great feature.

i don't think this makes sense, because your private keys are stored on your hard drive. an attacker would just copy the keys, so 2FA wouldn't add any security. better encrypt your wallets with a secure password.
