Cryptsy is a useful exchange that allows people to exchange some popular altcoins for bitcoin. They also are having a promotion with no primecoin trading fees until the fourth. From my experience it takes about 10 block confirmations for your primecoins to be ready to be sold and coins can be withdrawn fairly easily with a relatively small fee there.

Here is a tip for you primecoiners

I ran 10 droplets on Digital Ocean and I asked them to give me 20 droplets, they agreed and allowed me to get up to 20 at one time.  

A day later, I tried to use it and it said I am only allowed to use 10 droplets. Really? Okay, so I created a support ticket, and they said No, we cannot give you 20 droplets, you are using it for Primecoin, Bitcoin, or Alt Coin mining, therefore, we cannot allow 20 at this time.

Oh not to mention, the amount of lip I got from them, it sort of like, they didn't care I was a customer.

So much for customer service. Sure, $10 coupon sounds good... wait till you become a customer for a while, and they don't deliver on their commitment.
