Do you know any website/mobile app/ person who notifies their subscribers when something important happens in the crypto-world?
For example, when China banned ICO's and exchanges I found out pretty late and I didn't make much on that trade.
I need something that notifies pretty quick so I have time to buy or sell.

as far as I know to see the latest info developments info from bitcoin like that can be viewed at
www.bitcoin.com they also provide subscription notification feature to know the latest info in bitcoin and not only that there are still some other websites like
https://coinmarketcap.com also provide the latest info of all the coin circulating in the market.
