Was this a withdrawal from Bittrex? I've noticed before that they pay thousands of dollars more fee than needed for each of their transactions. I don't really understand their business decision when it comes to paying fees, they probably do this at least 100 times per day, that's half a million dollars extra for miners!

I do, they are in bed with top 5 mining pools to spam the network and bump the fees, they would earn them back with 7-12 extra Bitcoins in fees for each block.

All time set in the same timezone. My forum's time set "Time Offset: 0" the same as blockchain time... UTC time.

my guess is when he opened the blockchain page, he opened a minute earlier or it hasn't been updated yet
then he proceed to forum and posted on 4 different threads, unknowingly his tx was already confirmed
