4 days ago i try to deposit Centra token from MEW to Hitbtc account, in tx hash my transaction is success,but in hitbtc wallet my balance is still zero,, i also send ticket to hitbtc support but until today they are not answered my ticket. Anyone can help me?

I have the same issue. I deposit SUB from Binance to HitBTC, the transaction has been success in some minutes, but almost 24 hours and balance still zero on HitBTC.
How long did it take to your deposit come in?

I've had the same case, and I sent the ticket within 6 days they fixed it. My fund has returned and the problem is solved well.
Please be patient and believe that there is the best team to handle your problem. Smiley
