Is is possible to run 12 AMD GPU on Biostar b250 pro btc with AMD new driver and windows fall creators update right now?

Im running Windows 10 Fall Creators update with 13 x RX 580 , using driver WHQL-Win10-64Bit-Radeon-Software-Crimson-ReLive-17.11.1-Nov10
Hashrate is better than any linux.

I'm on asrock h110 pro btc+ but don't think it make much difference.

for overclocking using OverdriveNTool.
using claymore - eth 385mh/s + 11800mh/s dcr ,  claymore overclocking/voltage don't work for me.
gpu 1190mhz/mem (2080 sam/2130 hynix) , core voltage 850mv. total power draw when dualmining is ~2150watt from wall.
Is this good result or should I try improve power efficiency ?
