Well done. Your code looks clean and I already liked Britcoin. I will use your exchange ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I'm missing a ton of features and something all serious bitcoin-related sites should have/use. 1) the code is messy. Take a look at MVC - you really need to separate logic from code in this project. Base it upon a framework to make it even better and easier to extend. 2) The database-example uses MyISAM - but you're using START TRANSACTION in the code - this will fail, won't it? Either way it won't work due to lack of transactional support in MyISAM. 3) Do something about the design - it would fit if it was to a portfolio/photo site but not a serious exchange. 4) Caching? This system cannot handle almost no traffic due to the excessive use of JOIN's and stuff against mysql (for like... all pages) 5) ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) 6) Profit.

We're aware of these problems are are building a new exchange to handle these deficiencies.

While facebook allows fb applications to access a lot of your data, OpenID is different; if a site only wants you to log in with a gmail/fb/etc. account, it doesn't get anything else other than a random unique string (or some such), sometimes also your e-mail address (depending on the site), but nothing else. It doesn't get your password or any kind of access to your e-mail/facebook account.

well, will see, how this xchnage turns out. seriously the design sucks. +no volume so far. i will stick with mtgox first...

Just out of curiosity how long is the average response time for a query/ support ticket?
As I seem to be having the same issue as Bitminer.

We try to answer support tickets twice a day. Some tickets which are harder to resolve however take longer.

bitmarket doesn't eliminate counter party risk at all... It would still be stupid to buy there.
