T&L company was founded in 2017. Originally, we bought and sell cryptocurrency existing at that time. But then we decided to create new currency which would meet all our requirements. We aimed to create a business model reflecting philosophy of both simple and profitable investing. Yet, we didn’t want to limit ourselves to mining and selling cryptocurrency. Our thought was to make the currency a tool for investing in our activity. This is how TLCoin was created.

TLCoin is made using Etherium platform. Total coin emission makes 100,000,000 TLCoins.

We offer a range of products and services where our currency can be used:

• Open source Etherium-based security tokens. The key is required to identify user and lets a user buy and sell cryptocurrency, commit exchange operations and make other deals without having to recourse to other institutes.
  
• Open blockchain. We implement smart contract system which start working automatically following the consent of the parties. The technology prevents possible errors owing to human factor and makes in possible to avoid recourse to other institutes such as lawyers and notaries (a handwriting signature is replaced with an electronic one, there’s no need to prepare paper-based documents). This significantly reduces the time and costs. Security of such deals is provided thanks to cryptographic key. Etherium principles ensure data inalterability and do not allow to cancel a deal.
  
• Online wallet. It allows user to keep, send and receive TLCoins. Furthermore, the wallet owners can purchase the tokens at reduced prices.
• Investment account allows a user to buy TLCoin with the possibility of a further rise.

We do not want to stop at this stage and plan to start new services for TLCoin holders.

• Online shop. One can pay here in our cryptocurrency, saving up to saving up to 20% of the purchases cost.
  
• Domestic exchange will be used for exchange rate tracking so one can always be in touch with the situation when taking part in trading.
  
• In addition, we plan to start own mining powers, which allow to raise incomes of TLCoin holders.
• Deal guarantee service is furthermore planned to be started. This service ensures 100% transparency and safety of transactions. If one party does not perform obligations, the transaction is considered invalid and the parties get their means back automatically. For example, if one needs to purchase cryptocurrency, there are two ways to do it. One can recourse to currency exchangers or buy it straight from an owner. Exchangers usually have a fee so it is often disadvantageous to use their services, especially if amount of exchange is small. Buying from an owner might be risky. Deal guarantee service exclude all those disadvantages thanks to smart contract; a deal is able to be committed only when both parties send funds to exchange.
