Do transactions with low fee chance of getting confirmed increase with time? How does it work are transactions placed in a queue or something?  but if the fee is low wont people jump you in that queue forever ?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

If fee is too low, very likely that transaction will not be confirmed. Because miners select transactions that will be included in the block. they select only transactions that increase their profit.
