I just got a Telegram message in a token group where somebody offers the whole email database of Bitcointalk.

WTF?!

Old story... almost 6 moths old:

Arw gonna scare the members of this forum?
Well, that's odd and fake because nobody can hack or sabotage the database of this forum and even the makers of simple machine platform couldn't hack their own database once they setup the site. Not unless if he's the administrator itself because he knew the secret encryption key of the database upon setting up the whole simple machine website.

6 months ago? The link you sent is in 2015. Unless the forum has been compromised again and I'm unaware of it then if you registered after may 2015 you are fine.

Yeah, me too, I'm safe because i registered to this community few months go. The guys that were here before the hack incident should change their emails and passwords for their own safety.
