https://blockchain.info/tags
you can add tag to an address you owned by proof of signed message
or you can tag an address on a website or an address on your bitcointalk profile

Thank you.
But I tried 20 times during the week, but did not succeed.
Should the address that I want to sign to be created on the service blockchain.info?
Has anybody signed the address from this page lately?

I can confirm this doesn't work. It just says "captcha incorrect", and after 10 times I gave up trying. I'm positive I entered it correctly most of the time, so it's safe to say the site doesn't work.

No, this shouldn't matter.

How can I contact support to fix the problem? The page has not been working for a long time and nobody cares.

There's no publicly available email address, but you can open a support ticket here:
https://support.blockchain.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However that support seems to be for matters pertaining to their wallet service so I doubt you'll get a reply.

It’s a tag feature, provided by blockchain.info only because they store their database.
You need to sign a message from that address that appears on the entire network "blockchain.info explorer"
This address contains the name Adrian BTC keep in the blockchain.info explorer but does not have this name on blockexplorer.
This service was stopped by the Blockchain.info and can be operated by any other explorer "Because the address does not enter into nodes and Bitcoin network"
