Please Help!!! Sent Zcoin to my Zcash Address

Please help me, I don't know if this is the right forum but anyway I sent Zcoin to my Ledger Nano S Zcash Wallet.  Is there any recourse?  Where does this go?  It shows the transaction as "completed" from my exchange but I have no idea what to do.  Is it just gone?  Even though it's MY address (but the wrong coin)?   Thanks so much for any info

What exchange was it? How could they allow the TX to go thru if it's 2 different networks?
