Someone else posted some price differences between exchanges... if you're willing you could make some coin just by arbitrage.

Its because exchanges have different volumes,thats why there are price differences.

CMC just takes averages of coin prices at different exchanges. It doesnt represent to one exchange price.

Yeah but generally when there is a big discrepancy like this the one with the lower price has wallet maintenance. I would buy a few to check first not the whole bag because it could back fire easily.
