I want to buy Nxt with my Bitcoin, but I don't want to have my Bitcoin or Nxt stuck on the exchange, because of Know Your Customer rules regarding ID verification when I try to withdraw.

amount is 1.5 to 2 BTC

Thanks for any advice you may have on exchanges that are still cool
