I withdrew funds from oaccoin.com a few weeks ago and I cannot see it yet on blockchain.info, however I can see it on chain.so, here is the link

it displays 0 confident

i just want to know that is that a real transaction or fake?

Please help me, I'll be thankful

if its not on the blockchain you will not receive your bitcoin...

The fee paid for that transaction was very low compared to the size of the mempool, so it never got confirmed and most of the network for got about it. The chain.so explorer shows zero confidence of that transaction confirming. Try explaining to oaccoin.com that the transaction never confirmed.
