4 days ago I made a Bitcoin deposit into my GDAX account from Binance and it never showed up!

Blockchain shows that it was confirmed and sent successfully to the address, but it never showed up in my GDAX account.  Coinbase usually shows pending transactions, but I don't have any pending notices or anything indicating that GDAX or Coinbase received the Bitcoin.  The address I sent the bitcoin to was from GDAX deposit link, and I confirmed it was correct before the transaction was made.

Even worse, I tried for 8 hours yesterday to call Coinbase and GDAX support, each time waiting on the phone for 45 minutes to over an hour each time only to have a support person answer the call, take my information, then tell me to wait a moment while they connect me to a specialist and then get hung up on.  This happened 6 times yesterday.  I tried again today finally got a hold of someone and was told they couldn't help me over the phone it has to go into a Que and they will communicate with me via email.

It is now going on 5 days, this has pretty much ruined my holiday and I am out $1,500.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Not that its any consolation - but its not a very good time during what are holidays for many places to try nd get support. In any case, trying to get support over the phone for something like this as a first port of call is usually not the best thing - have you created support tickets? , followed up by email -  these are written trails and will detail things like transaction ID's. IT is near on impossible to confirm these over the phone.

Sorry for your troubles, I hope you get sorted - create support tickets as a first step and take it from there.

Am I spamming? Report me!

Yes, creating support tickets was the first thing I did.   No one answers these tickets, I provided all information I could.  I then after 4 days decided to try calling.

Damn that really sucks it happened to you only thing I can suggest now is to never use that website again. Coinbase and GDAX are probably the most well known websites but also have the most problems too yet they retain that #1 spot somehow. Anyways be patient though because one time my Siacoin took 2 weeks to come and same thing with my friends Bancor took 3 weeks even though said completed after day two. It most probably got stuck somehow and it has a chance of showing up yet, have faith.

Coinbase cannot be trusted and they did not pay me my $10 joining bonus and will not reply to my email

Thanks for letting us know and sing it from the tree top because if they are open then they are trading
and should not treat you like shit.

keep us updated will you and good luck but with transactions fees so high in BTC we cannot afford to send
test amounts like we once did without paying greedy miners $40 each time, system is broken, not does
what it says on the box

Mining is CPU-wars and Intel, AMD like it nearly as much as big oil likes miners wasting electricity. Is this what mankind has come too.

They'll get back to you at some point, GDAX is under a large load with all of the people that are trying to use. With the price increases they have a lot of people that are coming in and using their services, spamming them up massive amounts.

I know it may sound like an excuse for them, but this company didn't go ahead and expand when they should've. But they are a reputable company in the end, so they will fix everything up with you. Just ensure calling them enough, support tickets, etc.

I transfered BTC to Gdax on the 2nd of January, and except for an automated reply, I still have not heard from their support.
