Its imposible to transfer such a small amount, you can only do the transfer if you both use the same exchanger and it doesn't have any fees to transfer between users.

Wrong. Gdax withdrawls have no fees. Well they do but they pay it.

You need to read you dummy. Transferring from gdax, they pay the network fee. Anyway, this is closed
