We should start a "MtGox Withdraws Gone Bitcoins" Reddit where people can pay to see those sexy MtGox USD withdraws.

The money arrived on 31st. I still have some more to withdraw and here is their reply

Gene, Jul 31 13:20 (JST):
Hello,

Thank you for your reply. You can choose International wire transfer mode and Mt. Gox has now formed relationships with several new banking partners both in Japan and around the world, and we are still in the process of finalizing even more. This means that we will have increased stability and ability to transmit withdrawals going forward. The new system is just now getting under way, so there is still a back-log of withdrawals that we need to process. Our team is working hard to increase transaction speeds, It will take a few weeks to get back to normal so when you process withdrawals it might take 7 to 10 business days.

Best regards,

Mt.Gox Team

Can people please advise how to find out where it was remitted from?

Also which screenshot am I suppose to take?

Three months late is better than nothing. But it's not acceptable.

Mt. Gox should be consistently settling on T+2, like FOREX brokers. That's trade date plus 2 business days. Not weeks.

One of the reasons the real-world financial system insists on fast settlement is that if a party goes broke, you only lose a few days of transactions. Not months.

Anybody else or is it just me? Either I am lucky or there are others like me but not willing to share good news?

I didn't even complain much.

Why all the alarmists don't have to post a single picture? Do they really have long time confirmed transfers on Gox?

Do you want to inflate the price on Gox by spreading FUD?

You see, paranoia works in any direction. Cheesy

And who tells you that the bank statement was not faked with photoshop? Honestly. In the end you always have to trust people.

Many people have received money from Gox. It currently takes 6-12 weeks. What should we prove? Try it yourself, if you do not believe. But you will need confidence and patience. Something you apparently do not have. Something you can not buy.  Wink

If we need new topics to celebrate a 3-months-late mtgox withdrawal, well, we do have a problem.
But, hey, the fault is of the banking system, not of mtgox.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)
Hashfast.org - Wiki for screwed customers

A three month delay is totally unacceptable, I could have earnt an extra 6% interest lending the money at Bitfinex.
I swear I won't touch MtGox again after I have withdrawn all my money out from these robbers.

Nah. It's Mt. Gox. They claimed they overloaded the third biggest bank in Japan with their outgoing wire transfers. That has to be bullshit.

Notice that Mt. Gox has no problem with incoming wire transfers, which bring them money. Somehow, they only have problems with outgoing wire transfers, which take money away from them.

Yet there are still people on here dumb enough to send them money. Suckers.
