You should be careful. I´m not sure if it´s an obvious scam or just a joke from a troll. Whatever, you should use escrow at least if you are going to risk your money but I wouldnt recommend that.

If you have made millions then why do you need money for your project?
I highly doubt anyone who has made millions is sharing his methods on forum and charging that 500$ - unless this is the method.
