Kraken Verification Problem

Is anyone else having issues with the 'Get Verified' function on Kraken? I have been trying for a month and it just says that the feature isn't available. Interested to hear if anyone else is having this problem and how they resolved it. I contacted Kraken Support three weeks ago, that didn't work. Thanks
