I need help in wallets with private key that recieves etheruem and bitcoin an exchanges wallet with private key to be exact.

•Can you suggest me a exchange wallet with a private key?

Here I got a problem and its about this etheruem wallet the myetherwallet. When I got to the link of this wallet there was this note saying that is not a bank and I was thinking that there was a hack or this wallet was in danger.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.
