Why should I register and become a lender with blockhive, I read in the chat, I think that as a creditor I can get Up to 20% of your annual operating profit, paid in Hive token via the smart contract. Is this last part correct? Is it a 20% flat? paid but only in Hive tokens?

As per my understanding, yes. Though I really need someone to correct me on this. The system itself is very interesting. It's about time to see other projects use similar fundraising system like ILP.
