Developers are currently working through a stack of issues involving contributions, referrals and receiving wallet issues. As soon as these are finalized they will burn the tokens. They are looking at a June 1st date. Hopefully by then all contributors tokens are distributed and all the issues have been resolved.

Alot of people still don't understand you can buy "said token" and hodl, yes. If you know the price of eth will go up and still the price of said token will remain about the same. The price you'd pay in eth for "said token" will go down, that's why you see the price you paid will be less after eth rise's. I didn't say on here but I cashed out on most of my budo the other day when eth was still lower. So actually I could buy back more budo or the same and save my extra eth. It differ's though, took me a while in trading to try and get the hang of it. I think I'll hodl my eth for a while, if I miss the budo rise so be it, if not I'll see you'll in the soon future..

I see Budbo tokens following ETH’s path, whatever that may be. Budbo, like Ether, has a useful purpose, but can’t be used for that purpose until such time as V2 is live. Does that mean it’s a security at inception and then is no longer a security when V2 goes live?

Tell me what are the goals and objectives of your Budbo project, do you collect money for ICO to release version 2 of your mobile application? But why gather at ICO such a large amount of money, because the upgrade of the first version of the mobile application to version 2 does not require such high costs?
