You must understand that v2 is version 2 of their current app (application) which is different than the blockchain they're building. So is v2 a main net? no. It isn't. Will their blockchain have 2-nets? one being the main-net and one being the test-net is the question. I think that is not surprising if it applies to some countries that legalize cannabis, and Budbo would be very beneficial to those countries.
