That is not the wallet address. Wallet addresses typically starts with either 1 or 3. If it has dashes, it is wrong.
That is the Blockchain.info identifier and there is no way for you to send it to an identifier, that's just how it works. Tell your friend to login, click Bitcoin under the transaction and then press request Bitcoins and the address would be shown there, it starts with 1.
And no, I do not condone using Blockchain.info.
