Be ware of paypal.
If you send your btc, and receive fraudulent paypal, you acually lost your btc
because paypal charges back.

Do your xchange with a very thrusted person or you know him/her personally.

Exchange rate is pretty low on there unfortunately, but that could prove useful if bitcoins drop and then go back up again.

Couple of things to keep in mind when buying BTC.
1. Banks - Some banks are known to terminate accounts that have purchased btc.
2. Paypal - Paypal will always side with the non-btc side in a dispute. They will also lock and term your account if they discover you are trading in btc.
3. If you use in person, or OTC be sure to meet somewhere public, bring a friend and be sure to get confirmations before you leave.

If you are in need of BTC, attempt an OTC transaction. There are also some options of purchasing moneypak cards or prepaid visia, be sure to be aware that scammers are out there and will take your  money.

BTC is still the wild west, and although there are avenues to recover funds if you are decieved, it is best to learn to avoid the mistakes first.

Most authorities have no clue how to help you in this new world.
