I know that our bitcointalk.org is online but is there any way like email? To get notified could you please guys tell me I really need it.

There is a notify below and on the top of the thread you created. If you activate the notify, they will send you a message to your email informing you that someone has replied to your thread.
That's really great. But to someone like me who doesn't have the time to check my email that often, i think a notifications option next to the home button in the top would be nice and a number popping at its side representing how many notifications are there that you haven't seen yet.
