I am looking for an opportunity to organize Cryptocurrency and ICO seminars in Nigeria. Opportunities to sensitive people on what this is all about.

I need advice on "how to" and supports in terms international resource and backing.

That is a good idea. You may not need to wait for foreign aid before you can organise such seminar, you fan start by bringing few of friends  together, doing webinar live training and Facebook live  training. There are lot of organisation doing the sensitization already on radio, TV and news paper on CryptoFortune currency and how they can invest in bitcoin and earn profit monthly. So you can do something  different.

Start with a focus group to find out the interest of the people, this way you will know if you will be able to reach the target.

Sign up at meet up , and organize a local meetup group to test the waters first. If you are successful you invite people who are interested in crypto and tourism along side. So when someone is coming to Nigeria for the first time, he might consider the additional package of sight seeing as a reason to attend.

Hey, that's a great idea, definitely linked with spreading digital literacy to peoples across the globe. I would look into some of the organizations who already offer training or teaching in such countries. It would be great to be able to get some of tehse people mining, as the electricity is so cheap there. But keep it grassroots, dawg!
