Transferred 0.4018 BTC from HitBTC to Brittex before and it has been stuck on zero confirmations for 3 hours.

Is there anyway to speed this up?

0 Confirmations means your transaction has not been picked up. It is in this group: https://blockchain.info/pt/unconfirmed-transactions

You need to pay more satoshis per byte. The greater the transaction fee is, the higher the probability it will be picked up by the next miner. Try to keep an eye on how much is currently needed to get it done and try to optimize it.

In this case, HitBTC is in charge of selecting the fee, so you need to contact them.

For fast trades you can set up higher fees for fast confirmation among traders to speed up trading.

Another option would be to use a different coin for the transfers.

Sell btc for X, move X, buy bitcoin. This way it will be faster. Sometimes makes more sense, specially when network is overloaded.

There are many boost speed confirms at the service thread. You could look for it , most of them are free.

Bitcoins are inherently lazy. I usually carry a whip and whip them so that they roll faster. They complain a lot, but hey, they shouldn't have been lazy in the first place.

I do not agree that.
If bitcoin die off in 2018, it's doesn't matter what kind coin do you have ,  every coin will die.

This is an issue we have been facing for a while now... Bitcoin is now beginning to become more of centralized than decentralized preached.
