Trading paypal for western union

Hi guys. I want to get money from paypal directly and it would take me around 10 business days to get to Morocco. I set up a fundraising page and want to pull the money to pay for my cancer treatment. I would love to get it through western union so I can begin treatment tuesday.

Can any trusted trader help me with that, this is really urgent. Thank you for reading.
