It's good before re-install the laptop / delete it make a backup it first so that the key wallet is not lost..

If you have a private key, you don't have to worry about it. You can recover all the tokens and just keep the private keys.

Do you happen to have a "cloud" backup set to auto? If so, look there.
All my crap gets auto saved to Google Drive for just that reason.

Nope. Long key with other 80 characters starting with 9lkem.

It depends on which wallet you are using,but mostly you need the .dat to get your tokens.
