【Translation】ONE App Translation with Bounty

Happy New Year with our ONE App 1.0.0. release:)

With our community hard work, 1.0.0 version will be released on Jan. 5with useful and amazing features included: Super Wallet,Thunder Transfer, Thunder Exchange and Decentralized Chat. So lots of new language files (about 940 strings) need to be translated.

I have updated the Translation project with as following:
