Flat fee?  That's a pretty stupid idea, especially since the fee is 4% of the max and 40% of the min.

I would suggest not playing the game until it is changed.  After looking some more the whole thing looks pretty sketch, would advise against.

I paid the other guy but neither is payment or my sending was confirmed yet. I know it looks sketchy but it works. And bitcat.ch worked and it charges the fee. But I will change it to a percent instead.

Haven't received any refund...

Not that I'd expect any otherwise, pyramid games naturally have this risk to them, but I thought I should let you know, since you seemed to be thinking you had refunded everyone.

Wait, then what's this in my inbox?

Here's my payment to the address your lottery was using:

Anyway, if you're actually planning on refunding, I put in 0.15 bitcoins (as you can see above with a transaction fee) and you can send it to 1GqMPMMqUQcdazE7iFCCo4WnKVuhD2MpMk, which is the address you originally got it from as you can see on blockexplorer.

A tip for the future: If you aren't going to actually refund, no need to send out PMs saying you will.
