It is all because of bitcoin high fluctuation which cause the network to get congested, just wait until bitcoin stabilize within 1%, the bitcoin transaction each day are now around 1 million.

But you can use an alternative by paying higher fees and stuff.

Follow the right procedure and if you are following right procedure to withdraw / deposit then please check your wallet Id once again where you want to send/receive.

Try to contact the wallet provider of your wallet but never give them any info about your key, only your address.

I can see you are worried since you use 7 bitcoin, I will not able to sleep if that is happend to me, mwahahaha

It's a glitch in their system that has been going on for months.
There are a few threads about it on the forum but in all of them the error has been solved by itself and no real response from the support.

You can try and import your keys to another wallet just to be safe.

Actually it's not that easy if you haven't done it before. It's no longer a thing of copy paste.

There are multiple tutorials on this forum, like this one:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2063572.0
(just follow the first part not the BCH import).

If you'r unsure what you;re doing I would advise to wait for a day or two and wait for a support reply.

one that its easy to export blockchain and import on new wallet?

If you want an easy process, Import it in electrum using your recovery seed/backup

Tutorial: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-standard-wallet-from-seed

*When electrum prompts you to enter your seed, Click options and tick the BIP39 Seed Box

*Please note that when importing, your funds will be accessible on both wallets which is why it's highly advisable to transfer them in a new wallet (with different seed/PK's) once the network has stabilized to avoid high fees.

No one knows the exact date but the mempool is currently stabilizing slowly and if it continues, My guess is it will be solved in a few more weeks or even less

You can track it here: https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#2h

If OP didn't able to tried out before then it would really be advised to read up on how those things to be done so that he wont mess up his coins into that wallet. For now these kind of issues have been experiencing also by some members or users who do make use of blockchain wallet which they do get the same message of too many pending transactions which have been said here that it is most likely to be a system glitch. If you do find out that its too complicated or technical to do such importing then the best thing to do is to wait and try it out once in a while.
