Noob here, I’ve been doing really great on binance, but it seems if you want to get in on some of these low cost new coins there isn’t just one good exchange. Do most of you utilize 5-10 different exchanges?

Also, can you recommend a few good resources for learning about and getting tips on new cheap coins?

Start reading here at investopedia.com it is a good place to start learning basic technical analysis,bittrex exchange is what i am using it is a very newbie friendly exchange.
