13 gpu mining hashrate/OC issue

Ok guys im new the world of mining. I just built a 13 gpu rig with 6x rx580s and 7 gtx 1060s. Rightnow i have an average hashrate of 330mh/s mining ethereum. I did do a bios mod on the 580s. I am trying to over clock the 1060s through ethos. I disconnected all my 580s and was able to get a stable OC on the 1060s of 23.5 mh/s. Once i plug my 580s back in and reboot the 1060s go back to 19 mh/s while my 580s are 29-30
