Please make sure your Ethereum Wallet supports adding “ERC20 custom tokens”.

❗ We DO NOT accept any ETH addresses from exchanges and other addresses. If you enter not a personal ETH wallet address, for example, an address from the exchange, then you will lose all your S (Sharpay) tokens! There is NO recovery of funds if you make any mistakes while withdrawing your S (Sharpay) tokens. We WILL NOT be able to recover them if you send them to a wallet you do not control!

3) Withdraw and confirm it via email:

If you have entered your personal Ethereum Wallet address, please click "Withdraw Tokens" under your Sharpay token balance, it will ask you to confirm the Ethereum Wallet Address again and send you a withdrawal confirmation link to your email.

❗ When you click the withdrawal confirmation link, please make sure you're using the same browser and have already logged in to your account. If you cannot click the withdrawal confirmation link, please copy the whole link and paste it into your browser address bar.

If your withdrawal request is confirmed and accepted, you will receive a green message stating the withdrawal request is received. Please refresh your account and the “Withdraw tokens” button will be gone. 

After that, please go to your personal Ethereum wallet and add S (Sharpay) tokens (Add Custom Ethereum ERC20 Tokens) to your wallet. You will need to enter the following values:

When you set up our Sharpay button on your website, you can choose different button types, “Static”, “Floating” and “Custom”. Let’s talk about their settings:

1) “Language”: You can customize and choose “English”, “Chinese”, “Korean” or “Russian” for your button.

2) “Share counter”: If you want to show the how many times your website was shared using Sharpay button, you can select and enable “Share counter”. There are two opinions “Separate for every page” (show the number of shares individually) or “Common for all site” (show the total number of shares).

If you want to have a simple fixed button on your website, you can choose “Static”. You can change its size (“32px”, “24px” or “16px”) to fit your web design, you can also adjust the size by changing value in “data-height”.

Some of you may want to have a beautiful animated button, you can choose “Floating”, position the button and choose background color to displace it on your website. You can also select “Mini widget” to minimize and simplify the design.

Sharpay token with ticker symbol "S" successfully listed on the largest decentralized exchange IDEX.

Many of you have asked many times that when we would list on IDEX. Despite the face that this is a decentralized exchange, the listing process was complicated, and we needed to go through a whole quest.

At our first inquiry about listing on IDEX, they unfortunately were not comfortable with the word “profit” in our description “share button with blockchain profit”. We had to spend a lot of time to explain to IDEX the meaning of “profit” and the fact that we do not distribute profits according to our White Paper. “Profit” is only a synonym for the word “rewards”. 

In the end, we had to replace our description “share button with blockchain profit” with “share button with blockchain rewards” everywhere (in our documents, on our websites and social networks), which is more accurate.

Also, an IDEX representative asked a lot of questions about real activities of our developers on GitHub. Hello Everyone!

Sharpay development update: added new features, fixed bugs and improved UI.

We have been developing and improving our Sharpay application to give everyone the best sharing experience and revolutionize the existing social media marketing.

Let us report you some of the new development:

1) Added token reward history on Wallet page. We have updated “Tokens Available” (Green section) and “Tokens under review” (Yellow section) on Wallet page, you are now able to see the detailed breakdown of token rewards and expenses on https://app.sharpay.io/profile/wallet.

2) Fixed blank transactions error. Not all types of transactions were displayed in user’s wallet before, and because of that, some users might encounter blank transactions (transaction notifications with no information). We have fixed it and now you can see different detailed transactions.

3) Fixed Facebook page email error. If you want to link your Facebook page to your account, by linking Facebook page we will automatically get your email address and update your profile. We have fixed an internal error that occurred when you refused to give us your Facebook email address.

4) Checked Facebook page API. Facebook released a new version of API for Facebook page, and we had to work on the permission to post content on page’s feed. Now, you can share content on your Facebook (Blue icon) and your Facebook Page (Red icon) that you manage.

5) Checked compatibility of our plugin in WordPress 5.0. WordPress 5.0 is scheduled to be released on November 19, we have tested the compatibility of our Sharpay plugin. You can install our plugin in 3.5 or higher version of WordPress.

We have also improved our application UI (user interface) if you may have noticed. For example, we have changed the token currency with our smart “S” logo on the top menu, improved the design of user’s token balance and table.

Dear Sharpay S Token Holders!

Now CoinMarketCap displays incorrect price of S token due to its temporary disconnection with SIMEX exchange.

Some of you might have noticed that yesterday, the price of our S token allegedly fell by more than 20% on CoinMarketCap (CMC).

However, it is not updated and accurate. We have found that our S token price from SIMEX is not updated on CMC and the last price update is more than 31 hours old. The price of our S token and trading volume are stable and at a good level. You can see this for yourself on SIMEX exchange https://simex.global/en/exchange/s/eth.

In fact, there is clearly some problem connecting data between SIMEX and CMC. For some reason, CMC does not update the price of our S token and trading volume from this exchange.

Do not worry, keep calm. We hope that the problem will be solved soon and the data from the SIMEX exchange on CMC will be shown up correctly.
