Seeking help for a noob. Can anyone advise on how to get my tx to move through or to cancel the tx?

I attempted to send btc from one electrum wallet to another and it's been in limbo for about 5 days. I initiated the tx as replaceable and have upped the fees from .30 to 100 sat. The tx id is: bdb1871e925f0448e1faad9e06c99a144cb3bec6867f2654923a313c1e04c2eb

Thanks in advance!

100 sat/B is way to low for the current status of the network. Check https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/ for an appropiate fee the next time.
With the current fee your transaction might never confirm (or at least mostly not until the backlog of transactions has cleared a bit).
Additionally it seems like not every node has your TX in the mempool. Blockchain.info for example doesn't find your transaction, whereas blockcypher knows about your TX.
