Hi. I started mining yesterday, for 12h and now I stopped. Why ?
- coin was launched in february and still no GUI wallet, says much about how capable is dev. team to make a simple GUI wallet.
- seems it was on exchange, was on cryptopia, now in no exchange. had its change on a big market. considering your friend you don't want to pay bitcoins to enter exchanges again. they ask bitcoins, fee to add. well, see below.
- there are people like above who have 2.000.000 coins, big whale, who can't dump the coin, why keeping them.
- you say you have agreements, but you are not able to make a GUI wallet. seems like a lie, considering this coin development since february.
- this coin seems to had only new ANN threads in bitcointalk, from time to time, give impression is new coin, but is old.
- what do you know in reality about development. i mean your site:
http://nicnaccoins.com/crypto/www/blog .... who makes a domain and permalinks like you ? you are unique but in a wrong way.
- too many red flags for me. I know coins with red flags are now 1-10 usd, maybe this one will be, but... don't like.
- i read yesterday about... so a friend opens the door for you, made you mine, you made at least 100 bitcoins from him and now he asked back the bitcoins. ok, is not your friend anymore. you don't want to give all back, maybe you have only 50 bitcoins now. since then, you definetely made more than 100 bitcoins. BUT, you can't give him at least 1-2 bitcoins ? Maybe he has many bitcoins or none anymore, maybe is poor or rich. But, I mean from +2 million USD he gave to you, considering the price last weeks, you can't give him a single cent ? You bragged about your personal experience. What's the point of sharing that ? What kind of a man are you, so dark soul ? You felt good when you laughed at him ? How about your karma ?
This is just my point of view, no need to reply, just wanted to say this. I am out. Peace.
1. Thanks for your interest in NNC
2. Don't worry and that old friend. I was a technical analyst for an investment firm in Portland Or while he was a creepy banker who got rich on Morgague Back Security scams, moved to Seattle and makes 200 btc qrtly from a large BTC farm. He is doing fine.
3. I never said I don't know how to make a GUI wallet. Intact I explained in wallet setup video 1and again in an earlier post why CLI wallets are better for growing networks. That doesn't stop 3rd party vendors from making their own like in other projects. That's a sign of positive growth. Go look at other small cryptonote projects like dinastycoin thread and you will see the issues with gui's stuck blockchain, exchange trading being temp halted or coin delisted like XCI, Blueberry to name a few.
4. I speak English, French and Italian but my team know only their native language so moving the ANN to a moderated thread helped us monitor communication and cleanup spammers.
5. Nic-Nic is simply a play on words taken from knick-knack an item you might notice after visiting a friends house and prompt a comment such as "hey thats a neat little knick knack there on the shelf". NicNac does not strive to become the center piece in the altcoin world, we focus on carving out a space that is unique, useable and serves a purpose. (Rome wasn't built in a day)
6. I will preach again that education is key to useability. I have helped many retailer setup payment gateways using walletd (video tutorials to come) that were clueless to this technology but are now able to submit invoices to client. So I take offense to statements that detract from the accomplishments made this far by all working on this project but I know things done in the background will go unnoticed though warrent significant credit.
7. No we are not a new coin. Thank god. We were established in 2/2017 and haven't gone away. That's huge considering the list of abandoned coins too many to name.
