It's really difficult to say seeing much depends on institution large-scale adoption. Today RippleNet has more than 150 customers all around the world, Ripple (the company) has worked with Bank of England and XRP (the currency) has being succesfully tested by the FED and even by real money transfer businesses (like Stantander, Mercury FX and Western Union). Santander's App is already out after succesfull pilot, almost feeless and with great speed in transfer. XRP ledger is almost feeless and very fast (4 seconds to full process a crypto to crypto transfer) so it's a very good products for a lot of customers, banks in primis. Good features then, even if many say its consensus is centralized, but adoption has to get more and stronger signals to answer your question. Definetely a crypto to be followed.

Honesty, I don't believe inXRP or known as Ripple token. In my observation of this coin this is more on pump and dump, moreover they hype the

I think Ripple coins are not the currency of the future. Ripple is just an ordinary coin that is not much better than Bitcoin. I'm not sure if Ripple can survive until the future. Because more and more coins that develop more rapidly.

Ripple is the only coin I want to see go to $0, It's all hype and misinfo, the banking edge is absolutely nothing, they don't buy the circulating supply yet the logic of all Ripple investors is the banks will buy it's price up, on top of that it's a centralised coin and offers nothing innovative or unique.

 It cannot be used as the currency of our future for many reasons. It is controlled by the banks, it is centralized, no one can mine it. I have so many doubts that Ripple is something that will gain popularity.
