I want so badly to invest in Arise coin during its ICO. If its a legitimate opportunity, Im pretty sure id become a millionaire getting in on the ground floor like this But i am new to all of this and in trying to vet the opportunity, i cam across some unsavory stuff about its authenticity. Could someone please point me in the right direction or any direction at all so that i can get to the bottom of it? is it legit or is it a scam? i see some saying that there are definite issues and they have pulled their money out, or are trying to, some say that the founder is a fraud and has a track record of it but then i see that they are partnering with some big names like bitshare and pivx and it makes me want to throw all my money at it, lol. if its a real opportunity, i am so, so excited at the prospect. TIA

The only one who can answer that is you, and the research you did on the opportunity. Never have heard about it before. But if there are all this claims, I would move on. Lots of good fish in the pond.

I'm hearing about this coin for the first time, is there a link to their website to check it out, especially the profile of the team, this to me is the most important thing, because team quality say much about the credibility of a project

Hello,

i'm also interested in this ICO.

Here are some news about this Bank partnering with Bitshares, I'm owning some Bitshares...

https://medium.com/@michaelx777/bitshares-and-arise-team-up-the-worlds-first-decentralized-bank-and-exchange-join-forces-db5b81369aa7

Bitshares had a great performance in past few months, maybe this partnership is the reasons.

Here is the Arise bank web (claims to be first decentalized bank), ICO, and other links:

They flat out lied to people.

https://www.americanbanker.com/news/arisebank-raises-questions-about-ico-fraud-decentralized-banking

Pretty messed up:

The agency said AriseBank’s initial offering of AriseCoin is illegal because there’s no registration filed with the SEC. It also said the offering materials “use many materially false statements and omissions to induce investment in the ICO,” such as AriseBank’s earlier claim that it had bought a commercial bank and could offer FDIC-insured accounts.

The SEC further said in its complaint that AriseBank “omitted to disclose the criminal background of key executives — most notably, Rice, who is currently on probation for felony theft and tampering with government records."

Like Sonny Vleisides of BFL, maybe Rice is on a good track now, the past behind him.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
