I don't trust in whattomine.com so i need advice from pros
The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

whattomine.com is not bad. Just saying.
Well similar algo's to 1070, higher power consumption with 1070ti cards.

ZCL, Zcash Classic but I would not rule out if you do dual mine in Claymore latest Dual miner, Ethereum plus Pascal or LBRY is the strongest dual mine for Nvidia cards. Personally I would stick to Zcash Classic as it will make you more dollars daily.

He said algorithm, not coin.

I can't speak specifically to most algos, but the 1070 ti is THE most efficient Equihash miner on the market at this time when mining for efficiency (except the Titan V, but THE COST THE COST OMG THE COST OF THAT MONSTER).

Claymore dual miner is ETH base - which is a VERY BAD choice for the 1070 ti as it doesn't hash ethhash any better than the 1070 non-TI and makes a lot more on many of the equihash coins (ZEC/ZCL/ZEN and such).

Lbry or LyraV2r2 should also be good choices, but I've not actually tested on those.

I'm no longer legendary just in my own mind!

 Vegas do Lyra2Rev2?

I've never seen a benchmark on them there, thought they were all hammering out Monero (where they ARE the definite king if you can get them for a reasonable price and don't mine Windows 10 low stability).

ETH on a 1070 ti is a waste - the 1070 hashes the SAME, why pay 10% or so higher for the 1070 ti to do ETH on?

It depends also in which miner you are using, sp or claymore can be considered the fastest in few algos.
