Guys! This is bitcointalk forum, not HitBTC support forum and you won't get any help here. HitBTC is one of the shitty exchanges available till date and it is still very perturbing that most of you just hit an exchange without even checking for reviews online to see what old users and current users are saying about it. Raise support ticket for as long as you want, I doubt if you will ever get a reply. You only are at the mercy of the platform and probably you should be wishing right now that this is just a temporary problem which will be resolved, else, your funds are all gone. There are better exchanges for heaven sake; bittrex, binance, and so on. I wonder why on earth you guys just love giving yourselves headache. |

I've read Reddit threads where tons of people are complaining about the same thing. A big red "Currency operations not available" message when trying to withdraw from the exchange. I have even tried exchange my coins to ETH and still cannot withdraw.
After the EtherDelta hack and other reports of HitBTC problems I'm eager to get my assets off of HitBTC and onto a long-standing reputable exchange.
Unfortunately in order to sometimes own an altcoin early we need to temporarily trade on not so well-established exchanges.
Anyone having success withdrawing today?
Actually a few hours later,i have been successfuly sell and withdrawed from hitBTC.I don't know the transactions of the others.Hoping that they will be successful also for their transactions on hitBTC. |

My all coins locked - "Currency operations not available". I left two tickets in support - Ticket ID #291774 and Ticket ID #290999. I wrote two times for verification on compliance@hitbtc.com, send my passport, bank card and photo of me with PC's hitbtc.com. Only result I have 64 hours on reddit hitbtc wrote that I need go to verification, but I already gone to verification. I have no choice only go to legal advisors |

Lazy exchange imo, they disabled steem withdrawals ages ago and haven't put it back, no idea why.

My support ticket #290999. I'm week - more than 7 days on currency operations not available. 3 days ago I have answer from support that I need send photo of ID and selfie with ticket, and I immediately do this. How long I should wait for relock?

Today support answered on my ticket that I must send them photos of myself and passport. I did it. So I'm still waiting. By the way, today I passed Poloniex verification - it took 30 minutes. |

guys if you have any issues with withdraw, you can try to add adress in white list on hitbtc you want to withdraw on. I had that issue "Currency operations not available"
