McAfee is too hyped up about cryptocurrencies in general and it seems to me like he is mostly interested in earning money from them. it is noticeable from the way he advertises random small altcoins to pump.

Yeah exactly. He's just a permabull that likes to make up crap like the price will be at a million in 2020. I mean sure we all want it, but I highly doubt it. Andreas just wants to educate people on bitcoin like a good person.

Agree with the point that McAfee seems he is interested in earning money, but that is the basic of business for all altcoins but this guy is promoting that in initial stage itself somewhat openly. Other guy Brock Pierce andreas is far from McAfee drive towards substantial growth.

Brock Pierce is an American entrepreneur and former child actor. As a child actor, he was in Disney films The Mighty Ducks, D2: The Mighty Ducks and First Kid.

In the Bitcoin community he was very active in the early days, when we still had the Bitcoin foundation and when Gavin was still Lead developer.

I may put Roger Ver in here because he is an early investor in bitcoin related startups in 2011, but now he promotes Bitcoin cash so let's not include him but he's been a pretty help in the early days with bitcoin,

Vitalik Buterin is one even though he is a known co-founder of Ethereum he is a co-founder of Bitcoin Magazine, I think his bitcoin blog help a lot in helping newbies on bitcoin on what really is bitcoin, I really think there is some help that he manage to put up to be an influencer on bitcoin and Cryptocurrency a like.

John Mcafee coin of the day has passed out and people are no longer buying the FOMO it has caused. But to be fair enough, it did quite some gains for verge.
