It's great that  Bytecoin got listed on Binance, but be careful, because the coin is experiencing many issues (network stuck, unvalidated transactions). BitcoiNote has successfully solved them all!!!

Check out how BitcoiNote, also a CryptoNote based coin, improved their algorithm and solved issues BCN has now!

The solution implemented at BitcoiNote is described in this Medium article.

Check out our solution

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I also think that BCN is a shit coin, without any value.
So I don't understand why binance listed this token.

Considering Monero is a Bytecoin fork, would you say Monero is a shitcoin ?
Bytecoin had bad publicity and probably some bad decisions made. Other than that it's a solid coin, technologically. From future's perspective, depends  on the market and on investors, if they can attract some or not.

I do not think it is a shitty coin. but the volume and the hype is quite enormous, so a newbie to trading got burnt yesterday, he jumped into the pump party, and he went to sleep, before he came back from his coffee, the blow has already been dealt. I pray he recovers from the dump.
I won't buy it above 50 sats. Now is hyped by Binance listing. Wait a couple of weeks if you want to make a move, in my opinion.

Why did Binance list BCN actually? Did they pay enough money and that was it or is there an actual reason? I don't know the coin really but it looks rather scammy especially since it suffers from huge network problems.

One of my friends has purchased 100K BCN. But some people say BCN is a shitcoin and stay away from it.
Is it really a SHITCOIN that we should not waste money on it? How you see that particular coin?
If a coin is suddenly pumped a lot out of nowhere, it is highly possible to be a shitcoin. BCN, in my opinion, is just a mediocre coin that is pumped hugely.

What BCN offers new, unlike XMR or Dash? It looks as good planned pump/dump. And Polo restricted withdraw/deposit in that time to disable arbitrage window. Is this all by accident? I don't think so

This BCN is a very suspicious coin.

According to CoinMarketCap:
BCN is currently under maintenance or experiencing wallet issues. Deposits and withdrawals are disabled.

Also yesterday Binance suspended ByteCoin operations.

the bytecoin is the first cryptocurrency based on the CryptoNote technology with an open source code designed for anonymous cash settlement. BCN protects the user's privacy with impassive and anonymous transactions.

Perhaps Bytecoin will have some prospects in the future, but now the coin is at the bottom of the power chain. If not for such a strong competition in the sector of anonymous crypto currency, then undoubtedly Bytecoin's price would increase faster, but the market is oversaturated. The second aspect, which points to the low price of Bytcoin, is the number of coins, and they are calculated to produce 184 billion, which is very much.
