Definitely agree about marketing on ICO sites, actually we are focusing on build but nevertheless we will focus on marketing too. We do not have a soft cap for PreICO and the hard cap 30M HINT tokens.

Just to be clear, we are bootstrapping ourselves to launch the product and not doing any marketing to raise money via token sale. But our private sale is open for the interested investors.

Coming to Hint product development, we had some challenges with the mobile app approval due to crypto currency policies so we're are coming up with some alternatives to built offline blockchain application. More news on this will be shared 2nd week of Jan 19.
