Soo what do you think is better for him? just take 7.5 BTC and create a new coin or get this COIN to coinsmarkets?

If you believe in this, it does not mean that it will be so. Nothing prevented him from selling coins for bitcoins and simply leaving, meaning in further frosts? For me its really shady to start project and go on vacation for 2 days+ after you cashed some money.
7.5 btc are not chump change at all - for some people is life changing money.

The strange thing is that the dev sold only 25 000 coins, but he has many more from the premine, so there is no logic he will just cash out and abandon the project.
