With the behaviour we've seen if this does go on an exchange there's no guarantee the dev wont dump, no interaction, possible scam, looks more like a scam every single day.

Developer should definitely be more active at the beginning of the project. It looks like he sold masternodes and went on holiday for that money. This is not a responsible approach.
